Overview:
We are seeking a Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Help with basic cooking tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Support the kitchen team in ensuring all food safety standards are met
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Aid in receiving and storing food deliveries
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and rotating stock

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is a plus
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen tools including knives and other culinary equipment
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions closely

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in meal preparation or cooking
- Basic culinary knowledge
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques
